Relief

Hi All,

To my great relief, the amount that was wrongly debited from my account got credited back...:)

But doesn't wash off the wrongs of the railways committed against me. Three days of absolute mental torture on the "lost" money, an exercise of convenience turning out to be one of nightmare, screwed up travel plan, insinuations from all around and much more...the past 3 days have been ones that i would do best to forget...

I hope the railways wakes up to the numerous complaints it receives every day and act in a manner to negate unfortunate incidents,like the one that happened to me. I would even argue further that accountability must be brought into the picture and that some heads must roll(not just for what happened to me but for similar incidents also)...
